What You Need:
2 tart apples, grated
1 t lemon juice
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/8 t cloves
1 C prepared Ranch dressing
1 T horseradish
How to Make It:
Put the grated apples into a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle the apples with the lemon juice and toss to coat.
Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Stir in the Ranch dressing to completely cover the apples.
Add in the horseradish and stir to insure all the ingredients are incorporated together well.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour or until completely chilled through.
Serving Size: 2 C
Slice sweet apples to serve with the slightly spicy dip. This dip also tastes great on broccoli flowerets and small pieces of cauliflower.
