Crunchy Peanut Butter and Banana Wrap

Serves 2

Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, sliced
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tortillas
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tbsp honey

Instructions:
Place the banana slices in a bowl and add the lemon juice. Gentle toss until the banana slices are well coated with the juice. Spread one side of each tortilla with the crunchy peanut butter and layer with the banana slices. Drizzle with the honey and roll.

Makes a great quick snack.

1.Sandwich- any sandwich will do for midnight snacks. But probably the most famous midnight snack sandwich is the peanut butter and jelly sandwich. One PBJ sandwich with your family will surely make your midnight meal fun and memorable

2.Nuts are also great for midnight snacks. You can toast peanuts and cashew nuts as your midnight snack. You can pair your toasted bowl of nuts with a glass of wine or cola while you read your favorite book.
