1/2of a (7 oz.) jar marshmallow crème
1 apple, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
Pineapple chunks
Cherries
Blueberries
1 pear, sliced
3 strawberries, quartered
Grapes
Shredded coconut

How to Make It:

Place the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Add the marshmallow crème.
Mix with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
Spread evenly into pie crust.
Arrange the fruit over the top of the mixture until completely covered with fruit.
Sprinkle the top with coconut.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve for an afternoon snack.
8 Servings

This makes a great after school snack for the kids. It’s sweet but still good for them.  Try any type of fruit and use any leftover cream filling as a dip with any extra fruit.
