What You Need:
4 (6 in) flour tortillas
4 TBSP creamy peanut butter
2 bananas, sliced thin
4 TBSP vanilla yogurt
How to Make It:
Spread each tortilla with 1 TBSP of peanut butter about 1 in from the edge.
Layers one half of the banana slices over each tortilla.
Spread one TBSP of yogurt over the top.
Fold the tortilla over the fruit being sure to tuck one end.
Roll the tortilla to close.
4 Servings
This makes a great snack not only for kids to eat but for them to make themselves. Just be sure to slice the banana for them if they are smaller children. Use any type of fruit you like to make a different burrito every time.
