When your schedule of the day is so hectic and you’re always on the go, fixing quick and easy snacks in the morning before you leave the home is a good thing to practice. You’ll never know what will happen in your time table so it’s a great thing if you have a sandwich or a green salad packed with you so your health will not suffer.
Sandwiches are the simplest form of snacks. It is also one of the easiest snacks to prepare. Breads and muffins are also great snack foods. You can bake them the night after or if you really don’t have the time and energy to spare, a quick trip to the bakery will fix your snack of the day.
Aside from sandwiches and breads, a serving of salad is also a wonderful snack that is easy to fix. Tossing greens with some seasonal fruits and some nuts and you’re good to go. The dressing can be simple vinaigrette mixture such as olive oil with balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
Pizzas are also included in the top favorite snacks. You can also make them in the morning with ready pizza dough, which can be bought at any supermarket, and some cheese and ham for toppings. Or if you don’t know how to make one, you can always drive through pizza houses and get a slice or two for you.
Even if your tight schedule dominates your life, you still to make some time to pack or buy snacks that will act as your fuel for your long day.
